New Pro-Rate Paying Market

Paul Jessup interviews Scott H. Andrews, the editor of Beneath Ceaseless Skies, which wants to become the niche market for literary fantasy adventure stories in the vein of Chris Willrich (and why don't we have a Chris Willrich novel yet, that's what I want to know), Ken Scholes (who has, like, five new novels coming soon), Yoon Ha Lee ("Counting the Shapes," baby: still feels like there's a world of novel in that, um, world), and yours truly.

They're paying SFWA pro rates and open to submissions on Friday. It sounds like he has a very clear idea of what he's looking for.

BCS. (And I don't mean the Bowl Championship Series.) Like Strange Horizons, but just for literary second world fantasy. Look for it.
