There are never more than four dots in an ellipsis, and if you are using seven you need to go back and retake English Grammar and Mechanics 101.

Maybe it's two ellipses together, a final (or outer, if you will) ellipsis and an inner one. Kinda male and female-y.

Maybe they're mating.

(We'll know for sure if the smaller ellipsis misses her period.)
