Two cloned mules raised separately have been posting nearly identical times in races: now they'll be raced against each other to see how much differing environmental variables affect their overall performance.

And they were cloned at *my* alma mater, in *my* state, which also had the top-ranked women's rodeo team this season. And giant earthworms in the Palouse. Not just potatoes!

I'm so proud.
